Did anyone expect us to be this good? I have been more involved with Southern Miss because of my two brothers playing there, but I didn't see this coming. Honestly thought it would be a meh year.

We have some good arms. Young guys/transfers that have been solid contributors early.
Offensively, we've been executing well with runners in scoring position.

We've been really solid in the field as well ... Not coincidentally, our only loss of the season came in a game where we weren't sharp in the field and kicked the ball around... Defense doesn't make the headlines but giving opposing teams extra outs has killed lots of teams that could really pitch and hit well too.

Very true. Hell, sounds like we have a well-rounded team and should make Omaha plans.

Two mid week wins over SEMO and we're now riding a 7 game win streak.
Andrew Lowe spelled Pagnozzi after the 4th tonight and got us in some trouble, but we came back. The team continues to impress, even in midweek games where they could easily slump.

His ball comes form a hidden angle and it gets on you so fast.
Wyatt short is unbelievable.
He has all the confidence in the world too. But watching it on tv something about his delivery it's hard to see the ball when it leaves his hand.
