That is the problem. He wants to play Tackle. He has okay height & arm length but nothing that write home about.

Jumping to conclusions on Rankin. State has begun to remind other OL prospects that they have commitable offers. I think that points to Rankin being ours. Wouldnt be surprised if he is silent.

Do you know anything about this juco qb committed to BYU? I don't want but I assume it would mean we are out on Kelly if we extend him an offer. BYU looks like his only offer.

I like the fact that Oregon is pursuing him. His stats and offer sheets aren't eye-popping though.
He did have offers from Mizzou, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor and Kansas State out of high school though, so maybe he would fit well.

Prob alludes to RB or DK saying they would transfer if they don't win starting QB. Say, DK transferred, and RB got hurt. We would be looking at a RS Doss starting with a true freshman Pellerin backing him up. What if neither are ready or the QBs we thought they were. You almost have to take a QB if one is going to transfer.

BYU has 3 QBs currently committed.
Hosick is a white boy with wheels. High 4.5 to low 4.6 speed. Meaning if he gets in the open field....he gone!
Kid was a top wrestler in HS as well in the heavy weight class.
Appears he'd have a Bo Wallace toughness about him, with DK wheels. Arm doesn't look all that special but neither does Nick Marshall.
