It's about the 90 year old man who was writing his will. For 80 years he periodically kayaked to an island where he found people's names written in the sand. Those people always died within 2 weeks of him seeing their names.

I don't know but you can buy the whole short story collection used from Amazon from probably about $3 plus shipping.
