Get in here ya yahoo's!
List the places** you still want to visit before you die
Here's mine:
1- Amsterdam
2- Svalbard
3- Chile
4- Iceland
5- New Zealand
6- Japan/Tokyo/Countryside
7- Mongolia
8- Morocco
**It can be places you've already visited (since you're dying next week)
Going to Greece again this fall for 2 weeks, one of my favorite places.
Switzerland and Costa Rica are a close second. Australia is 3rd.
Didn't really like England or France... Italy was nice. Not Rome. Sorrento is where it's at
Met the best people in Nicaragua on a mission trip.
Have no desire to visit India or Rio de Janeiro.
Apparently property/citizenship in Portugal is dirt cheap and the weather is amazing

Been fortunate to have done as much traveling as I could stomach. Outside of hunting and fishing trips that I have already done or done something similar the only one I have left is a high end African Safari. Can't tolerate airports any more so probably ain't going to happen but it might. I would also consider some kind of LOOOOONG circumnavigation of the globe on a ship...something along the lines of "Idiots Abroad". I would still go almost anywhere on the planet for 3-6 months but for a couple of weeks? Not interested. Done it a bunch, just bored with it.

Personally, my preferences would be in the Aegean & Ionian Islands.
Santorini would be great, but I would only plan for no more than 2-3 days. It’s among one of the iconically most beautiful places in the world…but exactly because of that it, gets real cramped and congested real quick.
Mykonos is another spectacular island, although not as overrun as Santorini, but again, I’d only give it a few days.
Lefkada and Corfu are places I’d prefer to settle in and enjoy for a longer haul vacation stay.
My two cents?…I think Lefkada is the best overall of the bunch. My Wife shares the same sentiment. Next time we’re in that neighborhood, me and my old lady are definitely gonna settle in on Lefkada for a spell.
We’re gonna piggyback that on top of doing some exploring around Albania. We’ve heard good things and have had some rec’s from some globe-trotting friends we trust…haven’t checked it off the list yet…so Albania it is.

4. NEW orleans
I like Antique Orleans when they new how to live. Houses of ill repute had a "special" never seen or heard of from any modern bordello.

Based on been all 4 places I would say the odds of surviving a heart attack from the food (tho tasty) is pretty low.
For the Youngbloods on the board, eat that stuff while you can because at some point you can't.

My travel bucket list is to tour a battleship and a Essex class aircraft carrier. My grandad was on a battleship in WW2 BB43 USS Tennessee and closer to the end a Essex class aircraft carrier USS Antietam.
I traveld around the US and some International for work and my favorite place to be was always home.
