Meh. It's not the fault of the fast food companies. They don't force the ham planets to consume their food. The problem lies with the people. People are simply too lazy and unwilling to cook for themselves or eat more healthy food.
Fast food, in moderation, isn't particularly bad for you. The same people who don't practice moderation when it comes to fast food would just find some other way to get their multiple times daily fix of junk food if fast food didn't exist.

Bigger portions, less transparency in ingredients and cooking methods.

My wife is a fountain drink connoisseur, Dr. Pepper in particular. She favors McDonald's - styrofoam cup and fat straws like Chick-fil-a but cheaper.

They used to use better ingredients and more quality meat. It was always fatty to eat burgers and fries but now the food is all pre prepared, processed shite loaded with preservatives and sodium. It's terrible for things such as your thyroid gland, heart, kidneys, etc. The companies keep lowering the quality of food by using additives and preservatives to keep costs and prices down.
It's really not worth it anymore..I can get a plate lunch at a diner and spend just as much as I do at Wendy's, and it be better quality food. Used to be decent food for a low price and quick to order..now it's slow due to idiots working there, it's overpriced, and it's shitty food.
