it is so much more than that. Look at her arms and hands. She looks so pitiful. She looks like she never ate anything and just tried to get as skinny as she could.

That screams anorexia. I'm sure she uses drugs to suppress her appetite and the liposuction is evident. All in all she has ruined her looks. The second pic in the OP speaks to a strong psychological problem. She actually thinks she looks good.
