A difference between what? Wanting to hang the perpetrators without trial and executing an attack with a drone, or an old man being killed by individuals and someone being executed via drone strike?

Make the punishments for this kind of shite more severe, and behavior will change. Getting my arse kicked by my dad for hitting my sister taught me not to ever do that again, instantly. No counseling, no medication, no time out, no Dr. fricking Phil, just a good old fashioned five across the eyes was all I needed to straighten up an fricking fly right.

Not sure how much more the punishment can be. Now that the man has died, the teens will be charged with murder one. Penalty for that is execution or life in prison, depending on location.
I'm all for bringing back the gallows and making a public example, but I don't really know how more severe the punishment can be.

Well public executions would be more severe, would definitely scare these shits while they're young so they won't grow up to be adult shitheads.
