Well I feel like the last 2-3 years Bama has had to use an outside LB as a rusher and it has subbed a coverage guy

The best example was The Lord Jesus himself of the 3-4 Javy Arenas who was easily just as impactful if not more than TM7 or PP7 or Haden or some of the greatest SEC CBs the last few years, but his dominance from the star position as a slot CB who could play outside cover the opponents WR and SHUT HIM DOWN, he could've given Evans fits because of his physicality. He could bait a QB better than any CB Bama has had, and he could tackle and blitz as good as a LBer

He was the example of a guy you need to make it work

Yeah I get that. I am just stating what I have observed as an outsider looking in. It just seems there is not confusion but a hurried appearance to y'all getting set because of the read check call and the ability of the hunh to limit substitution of personel that a Saban D is built on. Like I said just what I see and I don't watch as much Bama as you do

Think about this OU put in an offense they hadn't run all year just to take advantage of that. It didn't help that their qb played lights out and way above his head but that hurry up option thing they were running was not what they ran all season.

Eta ok I've had a long bad day I'll ttyl. Night all PEACE

I love Javy as much as any Bama fan you'll ever meet, but Evans would have run wild on him. Evans is too big and too physical for the likes of a 5'7" DB.

Anytime I see green sky I think impending tornadoes/severe storms. I'd have freaked out too.

Hope that's going ok

Sorry about the sleep irregularities tho. That sucks.

I'm chained to the desk doing shite others were supposed to do on their shifts, so I can keep you company on the plus side

It's going pretty good. I'm at that frustrating point of well enough to be tolerable of a lot of things, but not recovered enough to do others. How's the ankle coming along?

If they had school during 3rd shift I'd be golden. I'm naturally a night owl.

I don't look forward to cleaning up the mess from where I was out. It's been minimized a little because we had two Snow Days, but a couple of the emails I've gotten have me

Yeah, that's tough, I'm sorry.

Feels REALLY good. Taking everything in my power to keep wearing the walking boot and not push myself. Have an appointment on Monday that'll hopefully spring me free of the boot and into a brace so I can get around better. I'm happy for the progress, though.

I think some of the folks I work with just don't do shite because they know I'll clean up their mess. It's frustrating .

Hey y'all

Guess who came home from Vegas/Cali with an upper respiratory infection and the flu?

I know how that is. Let me tell you how hard it's going to be to not lift anything over 10 lbs through the next week and a half.

I've run into that a bit myself. I also have had the tendency here lately to have certain coworkers that will feign ignorance over being my backup on certain things while I'm out because they're just lazy. I can handle someone being afraid to do it because they don't want to frick it up or they're not familiar, but lazy is another thing.
