Would you be willing to raise your kid gender neutral?

As in, as an infant dress the baby in both dresses and boy clothes, and then as the baby gets older let it/shim/herm/ decide for itself what behaviors it wants to acquire?
This is what my cousin is doing, and believe it or not (at least in california), it's starting to become more and more common.
It really is an interesting experiment, though. If you let them choose as they get older, and they still gravitate towards behaviors that they would have under the normal social distinctions, then it is safe to say that gender behavior is biological, rather than a social construct.

Nope. I am not one to really believe that sexuality is defined by your surroundings, but if it can... I would like to promote a healthy gender identity. It's called gender dysphoria for a reason.

No, and it's a silly premise. The damage you would do to a child would be irreversible.

In raising my boys, I answer their questions. I tell them that they will get to choose their way of living when they're adults but that they have to follow my lead until then.

Nope. Boys get dressed like boys. Girls get dressed like girls. However, we're pretty blended regarding jobs we do like cooking, cleaning, washing, etc. Everybody does everything as all those are life skills. No sex role per se. Its just survival as a family.
All our kids were straight, but if we had had a kid with certain tendencies, I think we'd have been sensitive to it and supported as necessary.

While I agree with the premise, conducting an experiment with your own kids is simply fricked up. It's like planning unnecessarily for the rare deviations from the norm. Only strange California progressives would do something like this.
Look, if a boy expresses feminine characteristics then it will show up soon enough regardless of the environment. But environment absolutely has an impact on behavior. And kids go through phases that might or might not have anything to do with how they will behave at maturity. We have all seen the tomboy girls who end up being smoking hot foxes. But you can't have it both ways.
So your girl decides she really wants to be a boy at 8 years old. Meanwhile she has been alternating between girl's and boy's clothing for 8 crazy years. So what, she gets a sex change operation at 8? Or does she pretend to be a boy until she is old enough at maturity and hormones to kick in. Screw all that crap. Face it. These people absolutely are anti-tradition and they are the antithesis of the principles on which our nation was founded and has developed into one of the most successful nations in world history.
In short, it is tough enough being a kid without progressive parents giving them choices that they are too immature both physically and mentally to make. Let boys be boys and girls be girls and the rare crossovers will work themselves out after they become mature enough to decide on their own.

Why we as a society have suddenly started deciding to argue with nature about whether we are male or female even though we clearly have reproductive organs that make that designation for us (I know there are situations where it's not as clear and that's a whole different subject) I'll never understand. Just like nature decided I have blonde hair and not brown hair, I guess I can choose to say I have brown hair on my drivers license even though it's clearly blonde?
Swear if I ever accidentally kill something while hunting of an illegal sex and I get caught in gonna tell the game warden that the deer/dove/whatever identified as whichever sex is the legal one. Reaction should be priceless

Wow. I was gonna quote one reply that I agreed with and just leave it at that. But I agree word for word with about 15 of these replies 
My wife and i have talked about this whole stupid arse situation lately. Little kids don't know what they want. And frankly 90% of the time what they want is wrong and you have to guide them in the correct direction. A boy is a boy and a girl is a girl. It's not that fricking hard. Jesus Christ.
