Atlanta has some really nice spots it's just the southwest side that's really ghetto

Most anything south of Memorial Drive is shitty. Some places are coming along - East Atlanta, O4W, but they are still surrounded by bad areas and it will take another decade or so before gentrification takes full effect there.
