I had all 4 pulled. They knocked me out to do it, and I didn't have any pain afterwards. I've probably had about 12 total teeth pulled.

I only had one pulled. I didn't take any pain medicine and drank beer that night. Wasn't a big deal. The hole did bleed for like 36 hours though

The dry socket sucks.
