1). Bone-in....boneless are for pussies that had their "mommy" pull the meat off the bone for them growing up.
2). Who needs salad dressing on wings? See above!
3). Love to smoke them on my BGE...otherwise I like Blaz'in or Hot BBQ from BWW's!

1. Boneless is for people that think blue moon is a craft beer and macaroni grill is high end Italian
2. The only reason to dip wings in ranch is if no bleu cheese is on hand
3. Original buffalo sauce done correctly is awesome, as are numerous other sauces that can be applied to wings

1: depends on the situation. Boned is best with light sauce, boneless is best breaded. Boneless is really just another name for chicken fingers, which I am not above eating.
2: Ranch. Blue Cheese is an acquired taste that I have no interest in acquiring.
3: it's good. I prefer different sauce pretty much every time though.

1. Boneless or bone-in?
I love the idea of boneless, but the execution is generally lacking. I think it's because they're generally using all white meat. I prefer dark meat. They don't get the right texture.

2. Blue Cheese or Ranch?
Blue cheese dipping sauce is generally terrible.

3. Original buffalo sauce is terrible: yay or nay?
It's normally terrible, but every now and then you find a place that doesn't right. When it's right, it is outstanding. Unfortunately, 99.9% of the time, it's garbage. I generally go for lemon pepper, honey BBQ, or some kind of sweet asian variety.

Agree. There is a place here in town that has a perfect dry rub...I tried to replicate what I thought it was in my smoker and failed miserably. I've been to other places that have a good sauce but the wings are basically in a fricking soup and that's not awesome.

Bone in is the only wing. The rest are nuggets.
I go blue cheese, but sometimes ranch. Usually, I just take the heat, like a man.
Original is incredible, if done right. Which considering it's basically just hot sauce and butter, screwing that up is inexcusable.
Generally, I'll sautee garlic in butter. A lot of garlic. Then I'll add two parts Crystal to one part Frank's. A dash of tobasco sauce is good at the end (and I usually hate tobasco).
I think the original Anchor bar recipe has a dash of Worcestershire added. Ice done that, and it's okay, though it definitely browns the sauce.
