Why has Chick-Fil-A's markiting ben such a collosal failyoure?

They make chicken. Their ads seem written to target straight for the african american (black) community.Yet when you visit one this demographic seems poorly represented. Why have they failed so hard?
I personally dont endorse anything above, but leave it up to the board for honest discussion.

Demographics aside, it's hard to say it's been a failure when every one I have been too has been pretty damn busy...

As they use the B&W cows I always thought they were appealing to the upper part of the US as that is where those dairy cows seem to be most obvious.

Theyre a strong Christian based company, why wouldn't they not like gays? Also, the joke is that they're cows, they can't really spell or write.

You can't even get into some of the Chik-fil-a stores in DFW around lunch time. The drive through line will stack up onto the service road of the highway.

Yes and so are many blacks. They are notorious for spending almost the entire Sunday at the church. Chick-fil-a's are closed on Sundays.
