We had some awesome speckled trout last week that I caught on monday and tuesday last week. Was great as usual.
Broiled some and fried some. Thats good stuff right there.

Just order Fingerlings. 8"-4" I don't care for the larger ones either, unless they are doused in Datil Vinegar.

Catfish always tastes "dirty" to me. I'm pretty weird though.
