I'm not saying there are not any hot black women, i'm saying they aren't where I live. The last time I saw a black woman that made me say damn she's hot, was 2012. It's sad that I actually remember it that it's that rare lol.
I don't want to "handle" anything, that's kinda the point. I don't want to have to "handle" a batshit crazy white woman either.
I'm a computer programmer by trade, I own a web development company. I would not classify myself as soft, I work out, I'm not a punk or anything but I'm not thuggish. I don't pretend to be something I'm not. I'm also not poor or ignorant.

While you chose to highlight attractive it is not just coincidence he put sane in there as well. As a man who has dated many women over a long period of time my Big 2 are common sense and ability to grasp financial responsibility. Women who are not sane usually have problems with one or both of these points. Modern judges are cray cray and that is not limited to race or gender.

My best female friend is the most fiscally responsible person i know. she's like 27 years old and has 40k saved for no reason in particular. Just puts 20% of her check in the bank. I gave her $100 for her birthday she puts 20 dollars in savings. like clockwork.

The "sane" part was a given. Both very much are & I can attest to that since I've known them all my life & have been very good friends with them since elementary school.. Both were raised in conservative families, both were involved in high school activities (very well rounded), both graduated in the top 5% of our class - the judge was salutatorian - both went to major universities & law/med schools, both are excellent mothers, and both have been married once & divorced since their husbands couldn't deal with either of their successful careers. They aren't "looking" to get married any time soon, either, since it seems some men can't "handle" successful, attractive, sane black women, or women of any race for that matter. They're doing just fine on their own with their children. Just putting it out there that there are attractive, successful, sane single women out there, but perhaps some men tend to shy away from them for some reason (threatened?) and consistently go for the batshit, clingy, dependent ones.
Eta - And ftr, both are wealthy, so they're rather financially responsible.

Not sure that came out the way you intended. It should be valuable oceanfront property (or other body of water) so water frontage in Monaco would be the better comparable.

It is a numbers game
1% - 2% are sane and successful
98% - 99% are bat sh*t crazy
I attract the 2nd group like moths to a flame even when I don't want to. It is like they have built in radar and can track me from great distance.

I've stopped worrying about black women a long time ago. They are an enigma. I'm not fricking worried about your success or how independent you are that's fricking good! that means you can't hit my arse up for alimony if we get a divorce lol. I make my own money and I most likely make more than you do.
I think that the thing that women don't seem to grasp is that.. I'm good being single lol. If I'm happy being single why bring anyone in my life that's drama, who wants you to "handle" her... you never hear white women say stupid arse shite like "you're not strong enough to handle me" that's stright out of the black woman playbook. WTF does that even mean? You want me to beat your arse lol?
then when a dude halls off and goes Rice rice on her arse she's the first one in the camera talking about domestic violence.
but then tell a woman that you don't hit women or you are not physically aggressive with a woman, or a woman throws a blockbuster movie at your head (true story lol) and you walk out the house to cool down so you don't put your foot in her arse lol, then you're not hard/ strong enough

My brother married a woman kind of like this - pretty mental. She's settled down now (medicated?), but she was like that before they got married.
