Ive been trying to. Problem is when I start to control it I wake up. So far I've only managed it for a few minutes of dream time.
The most disconcerting dreams to me are the ones that feel like you've lived months or even years. About a month ago I spent what felt like a lifetime with a woman in a dream, woke up infatuated with her. Made it awkward when I rolled over and saw my wife for what felt like the first time in years.

I just started keeping a dream journal to try and master lucid dreaming

I also have them often... I have very vivid dreams every time I fall asleep... Not that cool actually... I blame it on the LSD I took in my younger days... There very well may not be any correlation between the two...

Was a lil freaked the other day to find out a guy I know from church said I was in his dream. Yeah! When he said it all my buddies walked out and said let us give you guys some time alone.
