The Moment - Eminem
Can't Take My Eyes Off You - Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons

I don't claim to have great taste. I do love music, though.

I've got something north of 5000 songs on my iPod. I could listen to all of them.

I did a radical cleaning of my iPod down to 1700 songs. It's my favorite invention. Basically a radio that plays what I like.

I thought about doing that, but my iPod has been in disk mode since I got it and has music from long dead computers that I never backed up. Plus, it's 160 gb so it won't be full ever.

I need parameters here buddy.

I connect music to emotions, states of mind, experiences, etc. There's no way I could just list 10 songs and hope to encompass all that the artists of the world have given us.

Steely Dan-Aja
Doors-LA Woman
Smokey Robinson-Being With You
Dionne Warwick-Deja Vu
Sade-Maureen
Rolling Stones-Waiting On A Friend
Simple Minds-New Gold Dream
Barry White-Never Gonna Give You Up
Gordon Lightfoot-Beautiful
Chris Isaak-Things Go Wrong

Ten great songs that will also drop the drawers off any milf, or hot intellectual progressive type that thinks she's smarter than you.

OP might want to limit it to a narrow slice of music

I could easily do a list of 10 just for each type.

Hell it is hard to do a Top 10 just for old Skynyrd songs especially if you saw them live at The Fox

Mr Banker

Free Bird

Four Walls of Rayford

Sweet Home Alabama

Gimme Back My Bullets

The Ballad of Curtis Lowe

Tuesdays Gone

That Smell

Gimmie Three Steps

Saturday Night Special
