I leave the house around midnight to piss on the neighbors shrubs and howl at the moon. They have a leash law so I usually never stray farther than a block or 2 before I go home and lick my balls for several hours. it is a dog's life but it sure beats working for a living.

I am staying in. First NYE I can remember staying in on in forever though.
Everyone in my office is sick and I was sneezing this morning. I think I'm fine, but I am not taking any chances. Flying out to Vegas Thurs night and have a good bit of work to do between now and then along with packing and other errands.
Not gonna take the chance of getting sick, knowing I won't get much rest from Thurs - Tues as it is.

Not us. We eat a nice meal (NY Strip and Potatoes tonight), and watch football. Great way to ring in the new year.

Depends for me. We're going out this year but just shot off fireworks at home last year.

This will be my first year in about 10 years i haven't gone out. I don't know anybody here except my sister and my gf (out of town) though so it's not a big deal.

We NEVER go out on new years eve. Only two kinds of people out on NYE. COPS and DRUNKS. i dont want to meet either of them.

Too much trouble out on NYE.
The last time that I went out on NYE was to the Studio in B'ham back in 1999. I was 25 and me and a friend took some rolls and got fricked up. We drive back to Montgomery in what seemed like a snow storm. We got to the Clanton rest area and passed out for a while then woke up at daylight and traveled home..
I don't miss those days at all.

Our tradition is to cook up some rib eyes and hang out at home...

I rent out my place for NYE week, it actually pays for almost half my property taxes for the year.
I haven't been out since 1998 for amateur night.
