I can't really judge guys on what is considered hot, but I would assume it would be in the girl's perspective of what she finds hot.
Some girls like the Alpha type (athletic, manly, outdoorsman, businessman, etc).
Some like the "pretty boy' beta male type.
So, imo, all schools have a conglomeration of all types. Some have more of one type than the other so it would depend on the girl you're asking and her preference of guys as to which school she thinks has the most hot guys

I guess that's true. State still has the most 'neck of all 'necks though.
