I've run through a few pairs in the past twenty years, but anytime I'm not wearing real shoes or sandals I've always got Adidas Adilette sandals on. Always navy blue. They're probably the only thing that has been constant in my closet that long.

Sneakers - very hard to throw away, if only to do yard work in.
Sports coats/ ties - I have suits/sports coats/ties from 20 years ago in my closet - I haven't worn them in 10-15 years though. I keep thinking the brown checkered pattern or wide lapels will come back into style at some point.
Swim trunks - they have to lose their elasticity in the waist for me to chunk them.

T-shirts from every radio station I worked for, even though that's 20 years in the past.

I have a pair of gray lounge pants that I got right after having my 2nd child in 2009. They're ripped at the bottom and have some holes in them. It's time to part with them, but I can't bring myself to let them go because they're so comfortable.
