I don't know of any one product complete nutrition food out there.

Any flavor main food pouch in an MRE...except for the omelet, I would starve out of fear of how grotesque it would be going in and out.

Yea if you told me that I had to eat MRE pouches for the rest of my life I'd probably end it all right then and there. You either go out gracefully or die of the constipation.
