Very few people know what they want to so before they get to school. I wouldn't be too set on having at all lined up. Do some general studies and take some time to decide.

Study something you are interested in even if it isn't one of the most marketable subject for landing a job. Minor in it if you really love it and major in something more marketable if you don't think you can find a job in that field which will pay you what you want to make

Took a little while, but managed to find a job that had some GIS involved, so it worked out.

TV. Getting a master's in film right now.

I've had a lot of really cool jobs thanks to my degree, mostly working for the Razorbacks with ESPN and CBS. I love TV and movies and I get to work with video everyday, so I'm pretty lucky in that regard.

Accounting major @ SCHTATE.

Started out in Business Admin but decided to get into something more specific and I like it so far. About to enter my senior year and it's definitely getting a lot tougher but with the intern program here at state you're guaranteed a job when you graduate.

Started with Accounting. Finished with Criminal Justice. I've got no complaints. Just couldn't stand the thought of being trapped in a cubicle all day.

Major in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Absolutely love Biology. I will teach high school Bio and A&P or head down to UGA for a PhM and PhD in ecology. Only downside is how limited you are with jobs right out of school. Gotta do what you love though.

My wife is in graduate school for natural resource management. I swayed her to concentrate on GIS and watershed management . I think that will pay off for her in the end.
