Try Texas A&M, they accept anybody. Well, anybody willing to waste their time there.

If you were a real person I would definitely recommend USM.

Get your ACT score into the 25-30 range, and apply to all of them and see what happens. I'm sure at least one will accept you with a 27ish ACT score. Except Vandy, Florida, and UGA.

Yeah, the ones with good GPAs. I see a community/junior college in your near future. Of course, if you're pulling a 2.75 in HS, you might just want to go straight to any trade school that will accept you.

Ole Miss.
Not even trolling, the admission standards are low there.

No idea. I got a 34 on the math and a 35 on the reading on the ACT. Either that, or the 780 on the math part of the SAT meant I was automatic at Texas A&M. I don't know how it worked, but I found out within a week that I was in. I would recommend getting better test scores.

Hey everyone. Come and look how smart I am.

You should stop asking a message board where you should spend college and talk to a guidance counselor.

Probably one of the Mississippi schools.

Alabama, LSU, and Auburn might accept you as well.

You need a 3.0 to get into LSU.

Sorry. We don't accept the dumbs.

Since there's a law in some SEC states (Georgia and Texas I know, probably Florida as well), that if you're in the top 10% of your class, you automatically get in to the state schools

Georgia definitely doesn't have any such law. I don't think Florida does either. Texas does have a rule like that, but for UT and A&M it is top 8% now I think.

I know nothing about SEC school admissions but if I were the OP, I would look at the median and 25% percentile of admitted students. This will give you a good idea of how to gauge yourself and wither or not you need to retake the ACT. Also, Im not sure if Ole Miss will have this but check with admissions to see if they have an acceptance matrix. They plot ACT scores against GPA and show wither a person has been accepted. Of course all things vary with each canidate and GPA and SAT scores are only part of the equation. Hope you got some advice from someone on the board but if I were you, I would goto a guidance consular. Good luck....

Btw are you a senior?

Bump your ACT two or three points and you'll be golden for everywhere not named UF, UGA, Vandy, or A&M. Don't know about Mizzou, but you may miss the cut there too.
