The amount of information we have to process daily is incredible. We have to develop defensive filters to avoid being overwhelmed. This may be the biggest problem we have in the second decade of the 21st century.

I troll because I know that I will never change the views of people on the internet, so I may as well make them suffer for them.

I don't think most start out as trolling. I think most start out as somewhat genuine, looking to make their mark with their intelligence, hoping for plenty of validation. Once that shite fails hard, most are like "oh well, can't beat em, might as well join em"
