It did, but as an ex Catholic, I have to say I've never seen a priest hit that many kids on the head in one go.

Latino. Somewhere in Central America? Their version of Christianity is a strange amalgam of Roman Catholicism and native rituals. Similar to what you see with Islam in most of Indonesia and other parts of Southeast Asia.

Having said that, what is shown in this video is weird even for that culture.

Nah, we're more like the jews in that it's less about faith and belief and more about tradition and stuff.
