Bulleit is by far the best for the price. Knob Creek if I decide to spend a little more.

Maker's 46
I've had this basically every gameday for the last 4 years.

Not some bad choices around here. I haz the proud.
Woodford for my every day. Pappy Van Winkle for every now and again. Basil Hayden when I want bourbon but something a little "lighter". I also enjoy Four Roses and Blantons. Makers is for mixing.

Woodford is my favorite.
I'll drink any bourbon though. Except for Kentucky Gentleman, which is half bourbon and half grain alcohol.
I have to mix anything less than Makers though.

Have you had the rye or just the bourbon?
Don't know about the guy that you asked, but I've had Bulleit Rye. It's good stuff. I would recommend.

Blanton's and Maker's. Eagle Rare single barrel wasn't a terrible whiskey with a pretty mild taste

Johnnie Blue is great if you have cash to blow.
But I'm a Gin/Vodka tonic guy.

Bulleit Rye for mixing
Jameson for getting drunk
Elijah Craig 12yo for bourbon sipping
My favorite by far is Pappy Van Winkle, but I've only had it once and may not get a chance to sample it again anytime soon.

Best one I've ever had was Louis XIV. Doubt I'll ever sip it again though.
