I mostly grill while Mrs. Tantal does the veggies inside. I do make some badass roasted red potatoes though.

French and Indian cuisine. I grill a mean steak as well.

1 onion
1 can tomatoes diced (or w.e you want really)
1 can dark kidney beans
1 lb ground beef

Spice packet below

1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cocoa

brown ground beef, then add onion, cook till onion is transparent, add tomatoes and the spice packet, bring to boil and then let simmer for hour, stirring so that it doesnt stick, then add kidney beans, then bring to boil again and let simmer for 20 mins.
