In recent memory it was in July when my mom told me they "found something" on her mammogram and she had to go back to the doctor for more testing. Everything turned out fine, but it was not a pleasant time.

Christmas eve last year around 11:30. Was getting the kids presents out and ready for Santa when my mom called to tell me that my dad was just taken to the hospital from complications of lung cancer treatment. The hour + drive I was a basket case. Wanted to get there and see him but didn't make it in time.
Absolutely devastated me. Tearing up typing this now.

I get nervous about most everything. I hide it pretty well though. I am pretty sure I have some type of social anxiety.

May have been last night. Had a bear in the house. Woke up at three to the sound of something in the living room. turned on the light to find a black bear dragging my trash can out the front door. I'll double check the front door tonight.
