I think that is why I am so fascinated by River Monsters. This year he is in the oceans and the previews seem amazing.

I had never seen an oarfish until last weeks show then I searched and saw these.

Yes sir, this year he is not in the rivers though as I stated.

I wished they would bring back Whale Wars. I loved watching a hippy eco terrorist get harpooned by a Jap and then watching them cry when a Whale got gutted right in front of them.

The Antarctic is a solid land mass. the North pole (Arctic) is a polar ice cap. Submarines etc go under that.

There's also the megamouth shark. It wasn't even discovered until 1976.

I feel sorry for those third worlders trying to make a living who get caught up by animals, but most of those people are looking for a good time by getting in a wild animal's grill. You get what you deserve.
