I recently finished Devil In the Grove, and it was outstanding. Historical non-fiction.


I just started Absalom, Absalom! again. Faulkner's masterpiece, though it is at times a difficult read.

Edda: Prose by Skoors ??, an icelander back in the 1200's who wrote the Viking myths of the 800-900's.

Bump. I forgot Natchez Burning for my flights this week so I got a Vince Flynn and Brad Thor book. Nice burners.

In the El Paso airport I saw The Matian and remembers it getting rave reviews so I grabbed it.

I'm about 250 pages in and it is absolutely fantastic. I'm not a Scifi guy but it's gripping reading. Cannot recommend it enough.
