Mexico.

Zambia. Working on a construction project and there were no toilets yet. Instead they had a pit you shat in and after a while maggots started to grow in it so every morning after everyone had gotten their showers with heating water over an open fire the locals had to dump the hot ashes in the shitter in order to kill the maggots before they became flies.

I've had a couple of sketchy ones....slit trenches in Panama and Brazil that were pretty damn nasty. Once on Bourbon Street, had to go into some shitty bar on a Friday night when I got hit with the shits. No toilet paper, only those seat covers and the entire stall was covered in piss....plus had to buy the now ex Mrs. Catfish some expensive arse frozen drink so I could use it.

Not me, but I know a guy who had to hang it over the edge of a climbing tree stand while deer hunting from about 20 feet up in the tree. He returned to camp missing a sleeve. We all got a good laugh.

At an Eastern Orthodox monastery in the Rila Mountains of Bulgaria. It was a hole in the ground with ropes on each side of the wall to hold yourself up.

Not me but a buddy of mine.

We were at Mardi Gras and down on Bourbon. I guess he caught some 24 hour shite storm virus and while we were on Bourbon it hit him.

He said He found a porta potty down some side alley that he paid like $2 to use. Said that when he went to us it was like ONE INCH from over flowing that how full it was.

Said it was the worse experience of his life
