You need the University of Wisonsin to tell you if something is racist or not? That list of rules in the OP is retarded. Anyone who reads that and gets mad probably uses the N word a lot.

Motherfricking THIS! I have a cousin that's a hardcore leftist...always droning on about racism and white privilege. Problem is, she treats minorities like they're her fricking pets. Like a hamster that has to be fed, watered, and have its bedding changed every few days and only survives due to her benevolence. We had a conversation about "ebonics" once. She was "offended" that I refused to accept the "non-standard English of African-Americans" as being legitimate. Screw that shite! If I'm interviewing applicants for a position with my organization, as soon as they "axe" me a question, the interview is over. The same holds true for some lilly-white redneck cracker that sounds like Larry the Cable Guy. If we want minorities to succeed, we have to start treating them as equals and quit lowering the bar. frick!

I read that list and rolled my eyes because it was so stupid. Others in this thread read the list and it made them furious. You conservatards can be so sensitive.
