Amazing! Some of those trucks, esp the appliance trucks etc, have to be relatively local and know of the tales of "the bridge"

pretty funny.

my favorite was the hay and the one where it just pops off the trailer leaving the truck untouched.

I like how they add that little guard rail to the bottom of the bridge. Makes the clearance height even lower, but hey, protects their railroad

I loved the one that the whole box fell off and the truck kept going

There's a bridge near me that this happens to all the time. It's pretty funny in person

We have one close to our office that the tallest 18 wheelers can catch on.

It's funny to me the speed of some of them hitting it, they don't even slow down with flashing lights and everything..

There's one down around fernbank in Atlanta. It has a curvature to it. You can make it through, but you have to be in the center of it, taking up both lanes.

It seems like the city is to blame here. With that many accidents, they should address the elevation of the road. If it is not doable they should clearly prevent box trucks from taking that route. I am sure once debris flies off and causes a death directly or indirectly though they will address it.

i'm pretty sure the blame lies on the drivers who don't pay attention to the height of the bridge signs, but that may be just me.
