I know. It's getting late. Done the physical Therapy, workout and rowing machine. On the excercise bike now and got the tunes turned up.

I don't ball like that. It's just a body glider that my uncle gave me. But, it does the trick when you crank the resistance up and wear ankle weights.
I hardly ever can sleep past 3 and this morning I was wide awake at 2. That's even taking sleep meds.
