Yeah in actual seriousness I do go 4 days or so between. I don't tend to eat a lot, stay fit, eat all the right things, etc. It used to be on field problems for the army I'd be able to go 8 days sometimes without even feeling the need to go due to stress. I've never had the 'every day' thing since I can remember.

You've gone as long as 8 days? Dude, you're setting yourself up for bad problems later in life. Your colon needs the exercise. Please get a second opinion.

Your doctor did not do you a favor by telling you it's because of a "large colon" that you're so very far from average for crapping. Stress can certainly cause us problems with our bowels and, if that's the case with you, it's vital that you get checked out. If this has been the norm for a long time, you might even need a colonoscopy to see if any damage has been done.

I can give you this advice because I was in a similar situation. It's most certainly changeable. It'll just take a commitment on your part. Good luck.

I eat tons of fiber bread every day, sandwiches, sometimes with my soup to ensure that I at least have a movement every two days (at the most every day). I'm only 26, but I don't frick around with the booty.

The booty has to have its exercise. The "norm" for shitting is 12-72 hours, depending on your metabolism and eating habits. The amount of crap in your intestines at any given time is about 4.5 pounds and a healthy bowel movement weighs 0.5-1.0 pounds.

Grossly obese people can have 35+ pounds of feces in their intestines. You can imagine the weight of some of their evacuations. Still, that's healthier than having very little movement through the digestive system.

I usually take a monster shite, tell them they left their phone in the bathroom, watch them go in, and hold the door so they take in the full smell.

I very rarely troll. Thanks for the opportunity to clarify my post, though.

While the amount of feces held by a grossly obese person can far exceed that of a healthy individual, his amount of poop in a single shite will not be much different than most of us. His frequency of crapping, however, will be higher.

I only crap about twice a week. Sometimes 3 times, sometimes only once. If I don't drink coffee, I can go a loooong time between dumps.
