I like some of Pacino's performances better, but its a beautifully shot and well written movie
Amazing thing about Serpico, the budget was only 1 mil which was still a limited budget in 1973, it grossed 29.8 mil

If you want to watch a good Bogart movie The Caine Mutiny is well worth the time. Fred MacMurray as the liar chicken makes the movie.

I was going to show original Brian's Song to one kid. But when Billy Dee and Caan start dropping N bombs I bet ill get in serious trouble. But that movie is so good to show a kid how to overcome.

We watched the original Brian's Song in middle school. They may have fast forwarded through that part though.

Can somebody explain how John Cusak gets all these roles?
He screwed up 8 Men Out and tried his best to screw Runaway Jury. Hackman was saving grace of that movie. Gene Hackman is that actor that is going to be treated as a great one but won't get it until he dies.
ETA:
The most over rated actor EVER is John Wayne or Sidney Poitier. But I love both of their movies.
