Don't have to flirt or overdo it with the other girls. Just talk with them casually. Keep up an interesting conversation. It will make her look at you differently, and if she has any feelings for you, a slight bit jealous.

You remind me so much of this kid in high school btw; I actually wouldn't be surprised if you were him. He was as bold as you IRL, would talk to anyone but was more annoying than anything. I befriended him and tried to mentor him.
