Grizz trade their 3 2nd rounders and Tayshaun Prince to Cleveland for the #1 overall pick, then trade the #1 pick to Miami for Lebron.

agreed dude's a stud (#Nohomo). Burke is probably more NBA ready but Williams has such great size for a PG and has a huge upside.

Found this today and I thought it was ironic hearing their comments about Jordan

Michael Jordan Draft Tape

Also looked at Kobe's draft tape and I thought his "weaknesses" was spot on but extremely understated

Thats interesting to look at. Charlotte picked Kobe, but the trade with the lakers was conditional on Charlotte picking kobe. What gets forgotten was his big of a risk that was at that time. No one had ever taken a pure guard player out of HS before. The only people coming out where big players down low. Let alone a 2 guard that wasn't even 200 lbs. Just shows how willing laker management always were to making high risk/high reward moves

Doc to the Clippers

Bring out the Laker hates who think LA suddenly becomes the Clippers town

They certainly have a better coach.

No doubt. They don't have 16 championships to go along with 31 conference titles and 23 division titles though.

Stern has to approve it first. And that could be a major roadblock.

That's true. Stern has actually already said last week the league wouldn't approve it. Idk why they would continue to go thru with it

If DA is cool with it than I'm cool with it.

I really hope we get a solid replacement. I haven't even given that any thought yet.

You guys would do well to get Brian Shaw. I swear if that guy ever gets a chance he will be a very good coach. He's had such bad luck though.

That's an interesting name. He's on the pacer bench now right?

Iirc we drafted him in the early nineties. I think he spent some time on La's bench in the mid 2000s.

Westcoast, what do you think of him?

He's of the same opinion as me for the most part.

He was personally groomed by Phil Jackson to take over the Lakers when Phil retired. But because Jim Buss is such a prick and wants to distance himself from Phil as much as possible so that when the Lakers win again he can say "ERERGARD I DID THIS ALL ON MY OWN!!!111311!" he didn't hire Shaw to the position when Phil retired.

So why didn't another team give him a shot at HC?

Who are you wanting us to go after in the draft, Patton? Personally I want Dieng from Louisville since KG will be gone at any moment

Like I said he has run into some bad luck.

He was rumored to be the top choice for Minnesota a couple years ago but they went with Curt Rambis instead. Thats when he got the job with Indy.

Then this year he was again rumored to be the top guy for the Nets until Jason Kidd randomly decides to throw his name in there. Kidd's relationship with Williams got him that job IMO.

Clippers were said to have interviewed him as well this year, but Doc > everybody right now so that was a clear choice.

I really like Dieng too. I'm ok with him. ESPN has us taking some German point guard. Don't know anything about him.

Still can't figure out why you want him so bad .. Chad Ford doesn't even have him in his top 20 prospects
