People who don't seem to realize that the best conversations are two-sided. If a person wants me to listen to them ramble on, they need to try to keep from fidgeting when I manage to get some words in.

ie, Crowds at airport baggage carousels. They all tend to stand right against the carousel waiting for their bag. When I spot my luggage, I have to elbow my way through the line of idiot, to retrieve it.
Stand a few feet away, folks. When you see your bag, step forward, pull it off the carousel, and get the frick out of the way.
