Don't ask me why, but it is called the Ambien Walrus.

Reddit thread where people share their Walrus stories.

It is not to be fricked with in any way whatsoever.

Thanks for the links.

I used to work with a woman who took Ambien. I would get strange Skype calls frequently while she was on it, but the craziest were the stories she would tell in the following days or weeks. Some of the shite she'd say was enough to keep me from ever trying that stuff. Terrifying that she could be lucid enough for a conversation, or even to drive somewhere, and not have any recollection of any of it.

That's what I'm saying, chances are she knew he had been doing something to be impaired

A buddy of mine has had several Ambien fueled events. Firing guns in the middle of the night, busting in on people late at night wanting them to go out and party. He never remembers any of it. Ambien and alcohol be bad!!

Hey, didn't mean to weird you out. The deal is this. I'm an artist and I have a website where I do business. My customers search for me by name and keep coming up with these stupid links referencing the BS stories and blogs from January about my bogus arrest. Yeah, I copied and pasted the same letter to most of the links so my customers would see what's going on when they get to links like yours.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just a bogus story that affected me. I was also physically attacked and am still a bit stunned by it all and probably am overreacting to all the hate from the public that came about because my pic looked so bad--of course, that's how a woman looks after she's been strangled and punched, ya know?
So, yeah. It's really me. You all are human. Why not talk to you like you are?

I appreciate your clarifying the situation here and really do mean it when I say that I'm sorry for what happened (hence I opted to delete the thread altogether).

I'm also sorry that the collective media hasn't done its due diligence to update the story to reflect that the bogus charges were dropped (the first I'd heard of them being dropped was after you'd posted and I did some digging to find that the Huffington Post had recently updated their old article). I hope that your attempts at having the public record reflect what really happened are successful.

And if I may - while you're here - compliment you on your artwork, it really is quite beautiful. I understand and support your wanting to defend not only your name (first and foremost) but your work and resulting business as well. A lesson certainly learned and I wish you the best

Thanks very much for deleting the post and for your kind words. I know the whole thing is bizarre, and probably my drawing further attention to it is just as bizarre, but WTH. Staying quiet sure didn't do me much good.
All the best to you too. Thanks again.
