If Hamas had the capability to level Israeli apartment buildings, I doubt very much that they would give warnings and allow residents to evacuate before striking. No one was killed in that incredible operation by the Israelis.
Will all of the Gaza Strip have to be destroyed before Hamas is defeated? Hamas apparently has complete control of Gaza.
