The Kiffin hire was a coup. He can develop QB's and his offenses are very good generally

I had to cut my Direct since had water pipe bust, so I has the sads. Need to know how to watch NFL tomorrow online? Anyone, anyone, anyone?

I havent been this excited since probably Julio's commitment. Anyone who says Kiffin will fail is an idiot. The dude knows offense or he wouldn't have gotten through any interview for a football related position, ever.

It's just perplexing to say the least. If I'm a Bama fan I would be extremely apprehensive.

If its true that him being fired from USC humbled him and he wants to get back to what he really loves and get a fresh start, I'm all for giving him a chance.

Yeah I think the humbling that occured out in Hollywierd did him a lot of good. If nothing else the fact that this place has turned into all Kiffin all the time is great

I'm not saying I wouldn't be optimistic just apprehensive. It seems like an extreme risk comparative to Saban's normally "safe" hires.

I dont think our offense is going to be spectacular, it will probably look the same as it did last year and early this year when we were scoring at will but we won't see anymore games like Oklahoma and VA tech again.

If Saban is cool with it then I support it.

Right and all accounts I heard were Saban knew for a fact there needed to be a shake up on staff

Mission accomplished

Also Saban just took a Mon-factor coach in recruiting other than 1 or 2 guys mainly QBs and replaced him with a spark plug recruiter

His last OC job was extremely successful as an O

He should hire Stud just for the delicious melt it would cause here.

Still the risk/reward is high. If he busts that'll just be bad PR which Saban really hasn't had to deal with in many years.

There will be way more turnover on staff before offseason is over

Rumph is about to go to either Texas or USCw

Orgeron wil likely be his replacement

Bobby Williams and Brown (DB coach) might be out BW will move to front office might get Steele back and Akina (best CB coach in college football, just fired by Texas) might be his replacement

I accidentally upvoted your post. Oregeron with support and facilities should be fantastic. Just make sure y'all stock the waterfall with flowing red bull

He's a FA

I don't know if that is true on Brown and Akina, THAT seems like more pipe dream right now

I am actually pretty happy with our DB coaching hire. I am not totally sold on Snyder as DC but after the job he did in 2012 and all the freshmen he had this year he gets a pass.
