The problem is they're almost too local and we need across the board reform. We don't stay in the same county all the time. Many of us commute through 2 or more counties per day. We don't get to vote in all the places we work, travel, and visit. And a lot of bully cops target out of towners, poor whites and poor blacks as they know they can usually get away with it (those groups have little to no power politically to have them punished).

If you want to post the 1% of shitheads at their job and say we should "stand up" to them, why don't you stand up to all other professions that do you wrong? When the bar overcharges you for a beer you should fight him. How bout when a waiter is an a-hole, fight him too. Woman cuts you off in traffic, stab her.

Yeah there are plenty of videos and articles out there of that too. I've recently seen one where this cop rescue's a dog. Another video shows a man pulling over and throwing a football with a kid who was just throwing the ball up to himself. These cops are the good ones.

These 1% of shite heads at other jobs don't go around and kill people or dogs as their frick ups. If they did, they would go to jail. But a fricked up cop can do it and get a paid vacation. If the police department would just punish these rogue cops then it would handle itself.

Some of your argument would be with the Collective Bargaining Agreements between the local governments and the police officers.
