pretty much become the reality show channels

Cheaper to make and more viewers unfortunately. I don't watch a ton of tv. Probably less than 6 hrs worth in a 7 day span. When I do though, most of it is educational shows when they do pop up on those channels. Science Channel is pretty decent still.

I’m a YouTube Red addict because you can find anything you’re looking for, science wise. The number of science channels is incredible. Subjects of particular interest to me are quantum mechanics, evolution and the Universe.

Some of my friends who believe in evolution, are more excited by science than most, and love "outer space" don't watch cosmos.... even though I've told them too.... They don't seem to view it as either entertaining or fun.... whereas I see it as one of the most entertaining things available...

I tried watching a bit, just couldn't get into it. I would still watch other documentaries about the same topics, just couldn't get into Cosmos.

Same for me. Stopped watching TV long time ago. Can use our screen just to play music from time to time. My husband watches msnbc news in the morning. He worked for msnbc customer service and still very interested in everything what's going on there. I like to watch some TV shows sometimes or a good movie but mostly on my laptop.
