Yeah I meant the standard for private sector. My buddy is ex-mil and he said they definitely dont frick around.

they used to pick me all the time because they knew I didn't drink or do drugs. Guess it made the company records look better.

I got tested when I worked for a refractory plant a couple years ago, but not since then, might've had to go for the initial job interview with ATT I seem to remember that
Haven't since though, they are up to a manager and mandatory but not sure how that works with the Union if you could fight it...I imagine you could since you can fight everything else
