No. She'd graduated from Trinity (Texas) in 1992.

This was not considered weird at the time. Its an extension of the Aryan race idea pushed by most major academic institutions of the time including Harvard, Yale, and others. Harvard especially.

Minorities were thought of as lesser beings than white men and that it was the White mans manifest destiny to conquer the world moving west across the planet. This was very common in Teddy Roosevelts day. It was part and parcel of European imperialism across Africa and throughout the British Empire.

Even today there are modern societies in industrialized countries that have entire segments of their population that have "less than human" status and value. In India you can brutally murder a member of the untouchable caste and not be punished because they are deemed less than human.

Trinity U. in San Antonio. Are you talking about Trinity High in Trinity, Texas? As in Trinity County, Texas? My maternal grandfather was born and raised in Trinity County. Not every Texan has a clue that there is such a place. Unless you're driving from Huntsville to Lufkin or Crockett you'd never need to know.

Nah. I was talking about 6A Euless Trinity here in DFW. As for Trinity, TX, I used to work there. I did armed security at the housing project when I was in college. Rough place.

Wow. Yeah, I'll bet. That is one cracky and methy little spot on the railroad. Not at all unlike Hearne. You earned your money.
