I guess it would depend on where you live. I live in Atlanta and Llast week I had to go out of town and paid $210 for 5 days so $42 per day.
This was for a pet hotel, I did not have anyone staying at my house.

Add 25% per day to what it would cost to kennel the dog, and put out the cheap scotch.
