This is rather random, but do you know who specifically the Median Empire MC is associated with (as far as major clubs). They are out of Germany, it appears, so I don't know if you would have heard of them.
The reason I ask is in reading a few articles about westerners fighting with the Peshmerga in Kurdistan against ISIS, I read a story about a group of Median MC members going to fight in the area (against ISIS). They are among around 100 westerners who are fighting with the Kurds at this point.

Don't know much about them but judging from their colors I'd say they are in the Mongol Nation, but that is just speculation on my part.
