Yeah, we're pretty concerned up here in Louisville since it's going to hit in the middle of the night. Hopefully we don't get the massive hail they're talking about on top of the wind/rain.

I believe the Benton Washington County area has tornado watches until 10 tonight

If it gets still I'm going to be scared

Global warming due to hit here in east Tennessee around noon tomorrow.

Tornadoes in fricking February/early March.

Perryville MO, about 30 miles north of Cape Girardeau, just got hit pretty hard. They're going house to house doing rescues for people trapped. Red Cross on the scene.

ETA - 2 deaths confirmed in Perryville, MO so far. More tornadoes on the ground northwest of Cape Girardeau.

Posted this tornado forecast map in another thread before noticing this one...

Here it is...

Numerous severe storms are expected starting late afternoon and
continuing into tonight across the central states. The greatest
concentration of tornadoes, a couple of which may be strong,
damaging winds, and large hail is expected to be across the Ozark
Plateau to the Mid-Mississippi Valley.
