No. I'm 1/4 Irish, 1/4 Mohawk Native American and 1/2 Scottish.

As a native southerner who lives in the Phoenix area, I recommend to take it slow. It does seem nice at first, but you get sick of the desert. Just so plain after being here for 20 yrs. The south is much prettier, and I will retire back to the Mobile area.

Are you sure about that? We have damn near perfect weather til early May usually. Rarely, if ever, use AC between Late October and and early May.
However I live on the outskirts in Waddell, AZ and am able to leave windows open without worry 24 hrs a day.
Also, we never use a heater in the winter.

I've loved it out here. City is built on a grid, everything is clean. Plenty of golf and only a few hours from the mountains.

It'll be hard to move from Colorado. If I do, it'll be because of family around the gulf.

I'd leave Colorado in a sec unless I was a HUGE pot head

Phoenix is a nice, except for the drivers
Phoenix drivers make Louisiana drivers look tame as frick.
